Hue To DMZ And Phong Nha Cave 2 Days
Hue To DMZ And Phong Nha Cave 2 Days explore DMZ – Vinh Moc tunnel And Phong Nha Cave Dark Cave.
The Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) in Quang Tri Province was the site of some of the fiercest and bloodiest battles during the war between Vietnam and USA in the years from 1954 to 1975. That is the area around the former border between North and South of VietNam. Historically it was a narrow band of terrain extending from Lao Border to the coast, five kilometers on either side of Ben Hai River, roughly on the 17 Parellel north of latitude. This place preserves many remains such as Khe Sanh Combat Base, Vinh Moc Tunnels, Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River.
Phong Nha cave is the most famous cave in Phong Nha Ke Bang national Park. It should be the first choice to visit when you come to this national park. This cave is considered as the longest wet cave in the world. We can see these stalagmites in many shapes. They are really wonderful, you will never forget.
Dark Cave is also a very attractive cave. It is named Dark cave because it is made of mostly basalt (a black hard rock) in addition to limestone. Exploring Dark cave, you will have a chance to experience many exciting activities such as kayaking, zip-line, high-wire, mud bathing and swimming. Especially, the mud here is very good for the skin.
